Choose the fields, keep the structure
A registration form is built from a fixed set of B2B fields, grouped in four steps: company identification, address, contact and billing. Switch a field on or off, make it required, and add conditional groups such as a separate billing or delivery address.

Company identification
One registration number completes the company details
Your visitor enters the registration number — or searches by company name where the register supports it. Prefillio retrieves the official record and fills in what that register actually publishes: registered name, registered address, legal form, status, incorporation date and an activity code where available.

Coverage
Nine official company registers
One form can serve several markets. You choose the target countries and the form languages; the right register is used automatically for the country your visitor selects.
Search by registration number is available in every country. Search by company name is available everywhere except Poland and Canada. Which details a register returns differs per country.

Validation
Correct data at the point of entry
Prefillio distinguishes clearly between three things: format checks on what someone types, lookups that complete an address, and a VAT number that is checked against the European VIES service.

Every form gets its own hosted page and link. Connect your own domain or subdomain and Prefillio guides you through the DNS record, then shows the DNS and SSL status until the form is live.

Per form you see views, starts, submissions and completion rate, compared with the previous period. The funnel and the per-step drop-off show which step people leave, so you know what to change.

Submissions where your team works
Every submission is stored in your account and can be exported to CSV or Excel. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce and new submissions are sent through automatically, with a visible delivery status and automatic retries.
